Connector Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Temno Modro d.o.o., Savska cesta 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“we”, “us”), which operates awesomestoreapps.com and the Awesome Feeds connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (the “connector”, see how it works). By using the connector you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. The terms of the assistant you use it in apply as well. The Awesome Feeds Shopify app itself is provided under the Shopify App Store terms and its own policies.

2. The service

The connector explains Meta catalog errors for Shopify stores, looks up Google product categories and searches the Awesome Feeds guides. It is free to use and needs no account. Its answers are general guidance based on Meta’s and Google’s published specifications and our experience with Shopify product feeds; they are not advice about your particular store, and Meta’s and Google’s own messages and policies always take precedence. Awesome Feeds is not affiliated with Meta, Google or Shopify.

3. Fair use

You may use the connector for your own business. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, don’t interfere with its operation, and don’t send automated high-volume requests to it. We may limit or block traffic that abuses the service.

4. Ownership

The connector, its explanations, the Awesome Feeds guides and the Awesome Feeds name belong to Temno Modro d.o.o. or its licensors. Google’s product taxonomy remains Google’s. You get a non-transferable right to use the connector, not ownership of any of it.

5. Provided as is

The connector is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including rejected products, lost sales or ad spend. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes

We may change the connector and these terms. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; if you keep using the connector after that, the new terms apply. We may discontinue features or the connector.

7. Privacy

How the connector handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
